Join us us for an epic summer event as we head to CentriFuge at Southern Wesleyan in Central, South Carolina June 2-6.  The cost is $275.

Purpose: We believe, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, that our bodies are the temple of the living and true God, and therefore, it is our responsibility to care for it to the best of our ability. Our goal is to offer a ministry that serves both the church and the community, creating an environment where individuals can grow both physically and spiritually.

Through light workouts, we aim to strengthen and enhance the physical well-being of participants. Additionally, we incorporate brief, impactful devotions during our sessions to nourish the spiritual health of all who attend. Our desire is to foster a holistic approach to fitness that nurtures both body and soul.

This ministry is designed as an outreach opportunity for the members of MRBC to invite others into the church, with the goal of building meaningful relationships and sharing the Gospel. Ultimately, as the Holy Spirit works in the lives of those involved, we hope to see many individuals come to faith and join the church as a result of this ministry.
