    Mon-Tue-Thr. 5:15 pm -6:00 pm

    We believe, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, that our bodies are the temple of the living and true God, and therefore, it is our responsibility to care for it to the best of our ability.

    Through light workouts, we aim to strengthen and enhance the physical well-being of participants.
