  • The Connections Director provides leadership and oversight for McDonough Road Baptist Church's guest assimilation strategy, ensuring every person who visits our campus experiences intentional hospitality and has a clear pathway toward becoming a fully engaged member of the church family.

    This individual will recruit, equip, and lead volunteer teams responsible for welcoming guests, connecting attendees to ministries and groups, coordinating membership processes, and facilitating believer's baptism. The Assimilation Director will help move people from first-time guests to committed members who are actively growing in their relationship with Christ.

  • The Youth Ministry Intern will assist in the leadership and coordination of the church’s student ministry while gaining practical ministry experience, mentorship, and leadership development. This position is designed for an individual who senses a call to vocational ministry and desires hands-on experience serving in the local church. 

    The intern will serve under the direction and supervision of the Senior Pastor and will assist in carrying out the vision and ministry objectives of the church’s youth ministry.
